SCEAII customers are guaranteed refined tests of products in our laboratories before their exhibition for sale or setup. We offer Guarantee Certificates on all products: The Guarantee extends over a two-year period from the receipt date. The reader's guarantee, however, is for only one year (products using chip card as badge). This Guarantee covers work force and defective parts. SCEAII guarantees a qualified, efficient aftersales service which is ensured by our technicians for all short notice repair and fixing - we guarantee to intervene within the 24 hours following a complaint! After the setup of the equipment and Software, training sessions are provided by our technicians:
- Training for better software exploitation
- Training for the good use and maintenance of the equipment.
